whoops I think £82.50 is a litlle low, about 2 or 300 hundred is correct.  The price solicitors charge is roughly what it costs once you have to reapply. its more than vanity this trade marking - its a way of stopping people from stealing your ideas / way that youve found to trade under. I think its important. Trading standards, and I know this having been to the aberdeen city council. have a duty trading standards officer and were intertested in my case, but since I did not have a registered trademark, they couldnt help. The trademark is actually a legal entity and feels like its sort of owned by the state. After all, who pays for the state's up keep? May as well look after those that feed you eh?</description>
